We are currently shipping to Canada only. All orders should arrive within 1-6* business days anywhere in Canada after processing is done at our end. Once your order is processed, we will charge your credit card and you will be e-mailed your tracking number. Please note that orders shipped to Yukon, NWT, Nunavut and few remote areas in other provinces (Customers who are located in the remote area of provinces will be contacted for additional shipping cost) may carry additional shipping charges based on weights.

We deliver by Canada Post and delivery cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on your address. Please choose delivery options carefully at checkout.

All Shipping options and costs will be determined according to weight and destination at the time of check out.

All orders will be shipped via Canada Post – Air or Ground. Please refer to Canada Post website by clicking here for the time duration your shipment may take after it has left our shipping center. Any additional tariffs, custom clearance fees, and charges are the responsibility of the customer. Health Onwards exempts itself from delays in customs.

If a product that you ordered is low in stock or on back-order, then we will offer the following:

  1. Hold your order and ship once the missing product(s) arrive back in stock.
  2. Receive a refund or credit for the missing product(s).

If you make a mistake while inputting your shipping address and the parcel returns to us, we may charge you the return shipping cost and the cost to ship back to you.
